Office Hours
Our office is open daily from 5 AM to 1 AM. From 7 pm - 1 am only keybox pickup is available. From 1 am - 5 am our office is closed for all pick ups.
How Does Self-Service Pick-Up Work?
- Airport Shuttle: Upon arrival at Keflavik Airport, our friendly staff will greet you in the arrival hall and shuttle you to our office (a 3-4 minute drive).
- Online Check-In: Before your arrival, please complete our online check-in process. You will receive an email 1-24 hours prior to your arrival with a code for the KeyBox and detailed instructions.
- Retrieve Your Keys:
- Head to the self-service area at our office.
- Insert your booking code into the touch screen and press "search."
- Retrieve your keys from the KeyBox.
- Ensure the KeyBox is securely closed.
