Our Self-Service Pick-Up is designed for travelers who value efficiency, privacy, and a smooth start to their journey. Skip the counter, avoid waiting times, and collect your vehicle in just a few simple steps.
How It Works
Before your arrival, please ensure you complete our online check-in process. You will then receive an email with a code for the KeyBox. The code will be sent 1-24 hours before your arrival. This process ensures a seamless and stress-free experience, allowing you to get on the road quickly.
Pick-up Instructions
At Keflavik Airport:
Our friendly staff will greet you in the arrival hall. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please contact us at +354-787-4444.
At Our Office:
1. Proceed to Self-Service Area: Upon arrival, head to the self-service area.
2. Booking Code: Insert your booking code into the touch screen and press "search".
3. Retrieve Your Keys: Once located, retrieve your keys from the KeyBox.
4. Close the Box: Ensure the KeyBox is securely closed.
