Our Shared Airport Shuttle is designed for travelers who want a simple, reliable, and stress-free arrival experience. Reach our rental office quickly from the airport, avoid confusion, and start your journey with clear instructions and easy pickup options.
How the Shuttle works
Before 18:00 / 6:00 PM: No shuttle booking is needed.
Simply walk to the car rental shuttle stop. The shared airport shuttle runs automatically throughout the operating time every 15-25 minutes.
Get off at stop 4. Our building has the Lotus logo; you can't miss it.
After 18:00 / 6:00 PM
You must request a pickup before leaving the arrivals hall. If you do not request a pickup, the shuttle will not come automatically.

Lotus operating hours
Summer (June 1 – October 31): 05:00–02:00 (5:00 AM–2:00 AM)
Winter (November 1 – May 31): 05:00–01:00 (5:00 AM–1:00 AM)
No service outside of hours of operation.
How to find the shuttle stop
Look for a large white bus with the Lotus logo.
The bus may also display other car rental company logos.
The shuttle stops at the official car rental shuttle stop, not in the parking lane.
The walk from the arrivals hall takes approximately 3 minutes.
- Exit the arrivals hall and walk past the taxi station.
- Continue straight to the first glass tunnel.
- Turn right and walk through the tunnel.
- At the end of the tunnel, turn left into the second tunnel.
- Do not turn right, as that leads to parking.
- Cross the street using the crosswalk.
- Continue through the third tunnel.
- The shuttle stop is located at the end of the third tunnel.
