Quick overview

Before 1800 (6:00 PM): Just walk to the stop. A shared shuttle runs automatically, no booking needed.

After 1800 (6:00 PM): You must request a pickup before leaving the arrivals hall. No request = no shuttle.

How to get to the shuttle stop (~3 min walk)

1. Exit Arrivals and walk past the taxi station.
2. Walk straight to the first glass tunnel, turn right, and go through it.
3. At the end, turn left into the second tunnel. (Don't turn right, that's parking.)
4. Cross the street using the crosswalk, then continue through the third tunnel.
5. The shuttle stop is at the end of the third tunnel. Wait here.

Boarding the shuttle

Look for a large white bus with the Lotus logo (and other car rental logos). It stops at the car rental shuttle stop, not the parking lane.

• Shared Shuttle 5:00 to 18:00 ( 5:00 AM-6:00 PM): Runs every 15 to 20 min (peak) or 25 to 30 min (off peak). No booking needed.
• Private after 18:00 (6:00 PM): Runs on request only. Call or book online after clearing customs.

Get off at stop 4. Our building has the Lotus logo; you can't miss it.

Operating hours

• Summer (June 1 – October 31): 05:00–02:00 (5:00 AM–2:00 AM)
• Winter (November 1 – May 31): 05:00–01:00 (5:00 AM–1:00 AM)
• No service outside of hours of operation.
