I booked a Toyota RAV4 (new model) primarily because it has the same luggage capacity as our car at home and we had a lot of luggage (much of it destined for my daughter living in Iceland) and that’s exactly what we got. Any number of times I’ve rented from larger multi-nationals who have switched for an “equivalent” which wasn’t up to the job, so this was a big relief. The staff were friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to get me back to a local hotel after dropping the car off. Although this is my first rental with Lotus, if our experience this time is anything to go by, they’ll be getting my repeat business when I visit my daughter (and explore more of Iceland)

"We returned from our trip to Iceland on Monday. My fiancé got us a car from here and we couldn’t be happier!! We got there on Friday morning and the gentleman who served us was lovely!! So friendly. It was my 40th birthday while we were there and he even through in a little extra for free as a gift! The car was fantastic and the company amazing!! We would highly recommend and they would be our first choice of rental company in the future!! Thank you lotus cars for making our trip even better!!"
